Apartment Cleanout in the Short North
Two very different buildings share these blocks: newer High Street mid-rises that want a certificate of insurance and a booked elevator, and Victorian houses with stairs that were never meant for a sectional. We work both. Half a truck is $431; a single sofa $126.
Under the Arches
High Street through the Short North is known for its 17 lighted metal arches and the monthly Gallery Hop, which two galleries started in 1984. Since around 2000, small lots along the street have become ten-story mixed-use buildings.
On either side, Victorian Village and Italian Village keep their older row and frame houses. Parking on High Street is tight at the best of times, so we plan the load around the building, not the other way around.

Send the management office’s requirements when you book. We’ll arrange a certificate of insurance and work inside your elevator reservation.
Victorian Walk-Ups
Steep stairs and tight turns mean some pieces come apart first. Railings and plaster walls get padding on the way down.

Can you provide a COI for my Short North building?
Yes. Forward the building’s insurance requirements with your booking and it’s arranged ahead of the pickup.
What about Gallery Hop night?
High Street gets crowded during the Hop, so we’d schedule around it rather than try to load in the middle of it.
Can a sectional get down Victorian stairs?
Usually, once it’s separated at the joints and the legs are off.
How much is a condo cleanout here?
Most furnished units run $431 to $587, depending on what’s left. Photos give you the exact number.
